Cosy apartment with a view on the Dents-du-Midi

Charming two bedroom apartment in the attic of a centenarian old house with a splendid view. It's located in the old Glarey neighbourhood of Bex, a cog train runs beside it on its way to the Vaud Alps. It's ideal for skiers who want to go to different locations: Portes du Soleil, Verbier and other Valais stations are all easily accessible. Close to Lake Geneva (20 minutes by car) and to the Lavey Thermal baths (10 minutes), it is ideal not only for skiers, but also for cyclists and hikers.

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Nestled on a summer pasture at 1'067m asl , this contemporary chalet is the ideal summer retreat where you can relax, chop wood and enjoy preparing nice meals on a wood burning stove in a generous kitchen. The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Enjoy the simple pleasures of privacy, beautiful views and fresh mountain air from a cozy and tasteful cabin in the alps.

Rainbow Apartment

The apartment is part of the annex built in 1950 at the paternal cottage. This cottage was built in 1850 by my great-grandfather, my grandparents lived there and my dad and his sister were born there. The apartment has been slightly renovated, it is furnished simply and functionally. In front of the chalet, there is a grassy plot, which was long the vegetable garden and the only source of income for my grandmother who became a widow prematurely.

We are 10 minutes from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from Villars Sur Ollon, close to the Bex Salt Mines and the Lavey Thermal Baths. 20 minutes from Lake Geneva, 45 minutes by car from Lausanne.

Get a change of scenery and come and discover our beautiful mountains. On the lower floor of the chalet, we offer a very nice apartment. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a small and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. On the ground floor a furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps, located due south, on the edge of the forest, very quiet.

The loft accommodates up to 5 guests with 1 double bed and 2 convertible sofas.
