Located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, near the city center, it offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere with its matte black walls and dim lights. Relax in the bathtub open to the bedroom or share a dinner for two, for a unique and memorable experience.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Air-conditioned attic

These attic arranged in 2020, above my main home, have totally independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!

10-minute walk to the city center Tour de Paris, nice STUDIO with independent entrance, located on the ground floor, in a large house. The studio has a very cozy bedroom, a beautiful equipped kitchen and a SMALL bathroom with shower. You can also relax in the large 400 m² fenced garden. Parking in private parking lot. Self check-in. Pets are allowed. Ideal for a single person or a couple.
