Sun Studio

Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

Our apartament is in the town Rovinj that has begun its romantic life on an island, narrow streets,still untouched by modern urbanism. You’ll love our apartament because of the location, and the ambiance. This apartament is good for couples, business travelers and families. Our apartament is close to the beach (just 250m!) nature (Cuvi-long promenade close to the beach, just few meters from our apartament), sport and recreation activities and ofcourse, restaurants and stores.

City center 1 apartment 10 meters from the sea

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. Please contact me prior reservation if you have larger pets.

The kitchen is realy small, but big enough to make your breakfast or simple lunch/dinner. The price doesn't include city tax, which is €2 per person per day and needs to be paid on arrival.

The Bancic family house is located in a peaceful and green environment with a beautiful view of the bay. It offers 2 apartments and can accomodate up to 4 guests. There is also a free parking lot next to the house for 2 cars, but you won't need it, as the nearby beach under the house is only a few minutes' walk away.
