This top modern, stylish and newly furnished accommodation in the heart of Rheinhessen was completely renovated and refurbished by June 2024 and is now available for our guests. Not only was a family-friendly facility taken into account, but also emphasis was placed on a pleasant vacation or workplace. Located close to the Rhine, in the middle of the nature reserve, the property offers a comfortable starting point for many activities and those seeking relaxation.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

Exclusive living in the historic tower

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

Beautiful, modern apartment in the city centre of Worms

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. The charming apartment is furnished with an eye for detail and offers our guests maximum peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a pleasant and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a generous living ambiance. The bathroom is equipped with a hot tub. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Or you step out for running, hiking or biking or just for a walk in nature. It is just behind the house. Our flat can be booked for home-office or vacation purpose. Our flat suits best for 1-2 people. 1 additional person can sleep on the sleep sofa.

Dieses modern eingerichtete, gemütliche Apartment verbindet die Vorteile einer guten Verkehrsanbindung mit einer schönen landschaftlichen Umgebung. Mit der Bahn ist Frankfurt in 37 Minuten und Mannheim in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Neben den in unmittelbarer Umgebung gelegenen Seen ist auch der Rhein fußläufig gut zu erreichen (15 Gehminuten).

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.

Vacation home on the Pfrimm

A nice cozy 2-room old building apartment to stay in. The landlord lives right next door and is happy to provide tips and advice. Ideal starting point for exploring the city of Worms, as well as for direct walking or cycling in the countryside and ideal starting point for tours in the area.
