We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming gazebo with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, light the fireplace, and cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a dormitory is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. A kitchen is available, about 20 m from the cottage. On request, we provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.
