Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

55 sqm non-smoking apartment. The very spacious 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a two-party house with private access and has normal-sized windows in both rooms overlooking the garden. The vineyards are very close, the train station (good connection to Mz, Wi, F, Da, Wo, Ma), shops, the Rhine and the town center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. Covered smoking area and bicycle storage, no pets allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023-February 2024 and almost continuously newly furnished. Located in the basement, the apartment is about 60 square meters and has a very spacious living room, including a pull-out sofa bed and a 65" TV, a new kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, a chic bedroom with double bed and a sizable hallway. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
