Cozy and functional studio of 20 m2. Comfortable sleeping area with double bed and TV. Equipped kitchenette (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) with dining area. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Garden of 35 m2 without neighbors with wooden terrace, barbecue, sunbathing, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing moments. Located 25 km from Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat and 50 km from Bordeaux. Sheets and towels provided – WiFi included – Parking in front of the rental.

We welcome you to an accommodation adjoining our house with a private parking space and a private garden with a separate entrance. The accommodation is close to La Hume beach and local shops. It is fully renovated and includes a bedroom with a 127 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories (coffee maker, microwave, grill), and a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed. The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

You can park a car in front of the house and the others at the entrance to the path 90 meters.
