This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

The apartment is located in the attic with elevator access. Parking is available at your doorstep. Hosts live in the house and are happy to help.

Ideal for couples and business travelers, the studio offers a large covered terrace with stunning views. Located in a quiet residential area, you are only 10 minutes from the train station and find shopping and hiking trails nearby. Occasionally, you can even watch dairy cows in the immediate vicinity. Very good location for excursions in Switzerland. Only 30min by car to Bern or the Bernese Oberland. 1h to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1,5h to Lucerne, 2h to Engelberg (with Titlis). It is a 2 1/2 rooms - apartment. 4 beds in the bedroom and 4 beds in the living room.

Our small studio apartment, newly renovated in July 2020, is located in a quiet residential area in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Rüfenacht. Parking is available right by the house. Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). The city of Bern is about 8 km away. The beautiful skiing and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.

The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern. The location is a good starting point to visit the Bernese Alps or the Emmental.

A warm welcome! The cozy apartment is located in Arni , in beautiful Emmental. It is very close to nature surrounded by many fields, farms and the forest. It is an ideal location for walks , hikes bike rides or even cross-country skiing in winter. Not far from here there are impressive views of the alpine landscape. The heart route leads directly past this location.
