Très lumineux avec une belle vue sur le centre de Rouen au deuxième niveau, il est décoré et équipé pour que vous passiez le plus doux des séjours.

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). Very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs under the eaves.
