The apartment is the part of an exclusive old traditional house (about 120 years old), made of stone. The separate flat also includes a private terrace with a beautiful view, for which we guarantee that you will not find a better one in the bay. In addition to the terrace, the apartment contains two large bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. My place is located in Saint Stasije, Kotor, 50 m from the sea and the closest beach. Restaurants can be found in 50 m, the nearest store in a 3-min walk. Kotor can be reached in 5 km. You can go there by bus (0.7 euro) or by taxi (5 euro). Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.

Apartment is on the 4th km from the old town Kotor. We are next to the main road. And next to Hotel "Forza Mare 5*". Apartment has it's own entrance. It has 50m2, with one bedroom, living room,kitchen with all kitchen equipment (toaster, fridge, cook, cooker....) bathroom (with machine, towels, hair drier..), and 20m2 terrace with furniture.
