Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. The cottage is located right on the edge of the forest, in the holiday park Gut Holtmann, in the Baumbergen. The vacation home can be used all year round. The initial equipment such as linens, towels and much more is available and you do not need to bring it with you. You can enjoy all of nature on the property and in the forest.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Our vacation home “Alte Mühle” is a former water mill. The mill house has three floors: On the first floor there is a small bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen with dining area. A dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge with freezer are provided. From the kitchen you can access the garden terrace. On the middle floor is the cozy living room with a wide sofa bed. In the attic there are two single beds and a spacious closet.
