Tinywohnung "Marleen" im Herzen von Bingen.

Die Tinywohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Binger Altstadt in einem 200 Jahre alten Stadthaus. Seit 2021 wird sie renoviert. Die Rheinpromenade ist weniger als 300 m entfernt und liegt genau zwischen den beiden Bahnhöfen von Bingen. Die Wohnung ist modern und dennoch rustikal eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über ein Bett (140×200), ein komplett neues Badezimmer (Deckenhöhe 2 m), eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich und einen Fernseher. Fahrräder können im Eingangsbereich abgestellt werden.

Barrierefreies, liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, mit altem Fachwerkelementen & modernen Möbeln. Der Umbau erfolgte von Okt. 18 bis März 19. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist mit einem gemütlichen Relaxbereich mit Massagesessel zum ausspannen und erholen ausgestattet. Die Räume sind offen und hell. Im Schlafbereich ist ein hochwertiges Boxspringbett, 1,80 x 2 m und im Wohnzimmer kann die Couch als Schlafsofa 1.40 x 2 m genutzt werden. Fernseher ist drehbar.
