The house has been completely renovated. It is located on the Binic Plateau, 300 m from the beach and all shops. You can get everywhere on foot. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, laundry room (LL-SL), toilet, pantry and garage. Half landing, 1st and 2nd floor: 5 bedrooms (4 beds of 160 x 200 and 4 beds of 90 x 200), 2 shower rooms with toilet and 1 bathroom with toilet. The house is rented by the full week in July and August. Outside school periods, possibility to rent 3 or 4 nights minimum.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

La Dépendance – Mini-House

Ideally located in the Côtes d'Armor halfway between the Pink Granite Coast and the Grand Site Cap d'Erquy Cap Fréhel and 25 minutes from the Paimpol coast and the island of Bréhat. You’ll find: • a kitchen equipped with essentials; • a bathroom; • a mezzanine offering a bed for 2 people. Access to the mezzanine is via a slightly steep staircase, not recommended for people with limited mobility; • an adjoining terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.
