On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (with dishes, cookware, refrigerator, freezer, and appliances), a dining table, and a small living area, all connected to a large furnished outdoor terrace with lake view. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower and toilet. The lake view is particularly impressive from the bedroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, coffee machine, courtesy set, and bed and bath linen included. Everything needed for laundry is also available: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. The cottage can accommodate 2–3 guests. We are about a 5-minute drive from the town center (approximately 20 minutes on foot). A bus stop is located just a few meters away. The train and ferry station is in the town center. Charming attic in the heart of Bellano, on the fourth and top floor of an old building. Exposed beams, natural stone and carefully chosen furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
