S+ 1 in a newly built residence equipped with an elevator, of very high standing, close to the beach, 2 swimming pools for adults and children. The apartment is very well-equipped: air conditioner, LED TV, linens... The day area houses a bright living room thanks to a balcony. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto a dryer. As for the night part, it houses a bedroom and a bathroom. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

BEAUTIFUL STUDIO ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE CITY CENTER

We are renting out two adjoining studios attached to the family home. These have independent access. They share a garden, terrace (with private area for each of the studios) and a small pool. We offer a real Airbnb experience, so sharing and friendliness are the watchwords. As we are always asked the same question, I would like to point out that the pool is to be shared between the guests of the two studios and that we have never had to manage its access.
