The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Lovely cosy bungalow in popular village close to Retford. Private garden, drive with parking for three vehicles. Two large bedrooms and a third room with large double sofa bed and french doors that open onto the garden. The sofa bed is recommended for occasional use only to accommodate two further guests.
