Classic 3/1 beach house, half block to beach

Classic beach house, 1/2 block to beach. Caracter with a fresh look. Plenty to do in OB. Biking, surfing lessons, walk on the beach. Our dog friendly (NO Cats) Beach House is between OB pier & Dog Beach, short walk. We also have a cozy back patio with a small grass area for your fur-baby. $150 pet fee. A pet agreement must be signed before check in. We have ring motion lights w/camera. Units are under the flight path of SD airport, earplugs provided. We live in the front unit, see you soon.

This 1940's 2 Bdrm 1 Bungalow is in a very quiet and secluded section of South Park. The yard was recently upgraded and is ideal for dogs and/or children. Entertaining is fine with us, friends, children and overall just enjoying life. We're not the fanciest but we try hard to be a clean space with everything needed so families can gather together with their kids. 3 bedrooms and one playroom/bedroom (which does not have it's own closet). Central AC and heat. This home is central to all San Diego attractions, with a large yard and patio area to enjoy the outdoor living San Diego is known for.
