This is a child-friendly single-family home with a large sunny plot set in a central, well-established and attractive area just 800m from idyllic Lillesand city centre. The house is set back a little from the road and has a large sunny plot with a large terrace. In the garden, there is a large trampoline for the children.

Family-friendly 80s single-family home in good condition in central Vennesla. There is a short way to the playground, shops, train station and bus. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Dyrepark by car. Bus to Kristiansand goes from Vennesla station (about 5min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities nearby. Walking distance to the salmon leading part of the river Otra.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Charming farmhouse, beautiful location

Småbruket Lommedalshaugen is idyllically located by Flakksvann and the salmon river Tovdalselva. Here is a nice patio between the house and the barn, a large field to play, animals on the farms in the neighborhood, swimming pool in Flakksvann and great trails in nature for children and adults. The place is great for a couple or for a family with kids. Charming, nostalgic decor. NB: There are steep stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, no closures. The house is rented during the period 16.05.-31.08., three nights minimum.

Rural idyll in Southern Norway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Here it is so quiet that you can hear the fish jumping on the fjord! But still central with only 30 minutes to Evje Mineralpark, climbing park, and 45 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark. We have a rowboat and fishing rods available, which the tenant can take advantage of! As well as a functional outdoor kitchen on the terrace, with room for many, as well as one pool. Plenty of play opportunities for the kids! We have a dog yard that can be used (NB! Not animals inside).

Cozy house in Vennesla near Tømmerrenna (10 min), Dyreparken (30 min), University of Agder (20 min), and with beach/swimming area 50 m from the house. Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. No smoking or parties.

Lovely, rich house with soul:) Lawn, terrace with plenty of room. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Room for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washer, dryer, dryer, broadband, TV. All of the duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for 250, -kr per made bed and wash afterwards. Good experiences with rentals over many years. This is our home and we expect us to find it in the same condition after hosting. Welcome to sun and summer and Southern Norway;) Feel at home!

In this quiet residential area right by hiking trails, playgrounds and with beautiful Lillesand city center 20 minutes walk away, we hope you will have a pleasant stay with us. In the centre, you will find our cosy pedestrian street with bustling life. Swamp and swimming beaches are 15 minutes walk away. Both city center and swimming areas have parking available. Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken are only a 15 min drive. Bus connections can also be found near the house. We warmly welcome you to our house.

The sea view is unique! Sit back and relax in this quiet, bright and airy space. There are large surfaces both inside the house and outside on the terraces. The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly area of lovely Lillesand. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the city's cozy centre. There are both nice shops and good restaurants. It takes 3 minutes by car to get to the centre of Lillesand. Grimstad, Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken are only 15 minutes away by car.

The site is originally a farm from the 18th century, and has been rebuilt over the past 15 years. Here you have all the facilities you need for a memorable holiday in Lillesand. The place has 2 acres of garden, 300m2 outdoor area with paving stones where the family can spend the whole day in the sun. The house is 230 m2 and has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, modern wet room facilities and a large kitcchen/livingroom where all the guests can stay without it being cramped.
