Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets.

house of 130 m2. (it's my main residence, so with personal belongings...) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright home, very nice view . I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for everyone's sake! following VERY unpleasant surprises (marriages in particular) do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. non-smoking. neat cleaning of the house to be done upon your departure .
