Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Black Sea

Good place for it price. Communicative and responsible host.

We did not meet the host, we communicated with his assistant, Gleb, on the spot. Gleb is very responsive, pleasant, advised us places around the city. The apartment is more suitable for one person, but for a short period of time you can spend time together without problems.

Firstly, the apartment was even better than I expected. It was spotless clean, beds super comfortable, 2 lovely bathrooms, one with a bath which is great for small kids and one with a fabulous rain water shower. The living area and kitchen have everything you need... also spotless cutlery, etc. The balcony is great, 4 really comfortable chairs along with 2 tables and best of all the views, looking down onto an amazing pool with beech views to die for, also right below the apartment is the 2 best restaurants on the promenade. Our host was amazing, alway on call if we needed anything and gave us some great advice in terms of local amenities. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will 100% be back, already looking forward to next time.

Everything was as described and shown un the photos. Amazing views of the sea. private and comfortable. would return again if given a chance. Host was accomodating and helpful whit retrieving a forgotten item. Big thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed as 8 friends. The location of the house was very good. It's an old structure, the kitchen cabinets, etc. It's not very new, but it's clean and tidy, so it didn't bother me that it was old. There was nothing missing in terms of kitchen supplies. We were satisfied. The bed and room layout was also quite adequate and nice. We would definitely recommend it.

It a very nice and clean place. We stayed in it with a large group of frends, with childrens, and eveyone had enough space. It is not far from the sea and supermarkets. It was cozy.

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Really nice acommodation for travelling or working. It’s located in a good zone, near the sea. Also, Belomila was very pleasant and attentive. She gave us lots of facilities. 100% recommended!
