A great place. Located very close to all of the important attractions in Istanbul with a great view of the bay.

Everything was great, we had a great time. The apartment is perfect, the hosts are very welcoming. Some small things: there is no microwave. The parking is small, therefore it might be already full by the evening, but this is a problem for most places in Batumi.

The host was amazing and able to help us carry our luggage upstairs, call a taxi for us, sorted out everything we had, thank you so much for the host's arrangement!

Nice apartment, rooms are spacious, bed linen is clean, beds are comfortable, plumbing is working. The best value for money for the apartment. The car was able to leave it in the parking lot at the entrance. The host is attentive, responsible, there were no problems with check-in and check-out.

Very convenient location of the house, good transport interchange, quiet neighbors, playgrounds near the house within walking distance, which was very convenient as we were with our two-year-old daughter.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

The place is nice, warm and cozy. It is private spot with a di-vi-ne view, you can watch the sunrise fron the bed! Adina is a great host, she responded fast to all my questions and even provided us some information about the area without me asking for them. We had a great time and will come back for sure on our next holiday in the area, if she allows us. :)

The house cleaning was very good, Mr. Hakan was always very helpful. The location was very quiet and calm, and the sounds of birds and nature relax you. Transportation by car is very convenient. There are markets and restaurants around where you can meet your needs.

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

A beautiful, unique, artistic maisonette. A roof terrace with views over the Golden Horn. Quirky, so flexibility required.

You know that place that's a home away from home, where you have everything you need. That's precisely Galina's place. It's very peaceful and relaxing and, like everyone said, the hosts are extremely discreet. There's a big yard and an outdoor cozy sitting area. I absolutely loved the big kitchen and dishwasher. Keep in mind that the beach is not within walking distance so you would need a car. We recommend Kosmos beach that's not crowded at all and on the wild side. Lots of places to eat, especially in Krapets, a 10 min drive away. We will definitely come back!

Florin's apartment is very well positioned, in the proximity of the seawall and the sea, we loved it because it is spacious, airy, clean and met our needs, traveling with a baby. Florin is an extraordinary host, he gave us all the information we needed and allowed us to check in before the standard time, so as not to defer the little one's sleep. Thank you for giving us a relaxing holiday!

The place is really tidy and clean and very well arranged. Matches the pictures. In a walkable distance from the main places in Varna. Easy to find a parking place around. Shops and places to eat around. I had a super pleasant experience and stay there. Will do it again for sure.

Great apartment near the center of Constanta, has all the amenities you need and a balcony. Only thing would be a couch or somewhere to lounge is missing

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

the apartment is beautiful, very cozy, a real home. good base in the middle of the city rum. lovely shower, two spacious bedrooms, spacious living room. on weekends there can be heard music in the evening. no thumping techno or something but we had a live concert with turkish flute and singing. quite nice. so you should not mind that. from about 1 hour it is quiet.

Very cute cozy apartment, lots of air. It's good that there are a lot of outlets, it is very convenient. Good location, well-maintained territory. Everyone is welcoming and ready to help. We've all enjoyed our stay.
