Very nice apartment with a sumptuous view of the Bosphorus Close to tram and grand bazaar The entrance to the lobby of the building is a little "scared" but once you're at Ferat's you're like a cocoon Quite quiet neighborhood despite the bustle of Istanbul

Everything was great, we had a great time. The apartment is perfect, the hosts are very welcoming. Some small things: there is no microwave. The parking is small, therefore it might be already full by the evening, but this is a problem for most places in Batumi.

Nice apartment, rooms are spacious, bed linen is clean, beds are comfortable, plumbing is working. The best value for money for the apartment. The car was able to leave it in the parking lot at the entrance. The host is attentive, responsible, there were no problems with check-in and check-out.

This was my second time at Marianne and Nastia's place, we really enjoyed last time. It was nice to see that the apartment was even improved from the last time - the doors have been updated, redecorated, the bed in the room is more comfortable. The 4th floor without an elevator - it was not a problem for us, but for the elderly or with large luggage - you need to take into account. This is a wonderful neighborhood, on the one hand it is very green and quiet (all windows to trees), on the other hand - everything is close - stops are a couple of hundred meters away, trolleybuses every few minutes. In a direct line, you can walk to the city center and also pass Ryshkanovka. Great restaurants right nearby - Albanian (at the end of the house), La Placinte (behind the stop), "Caucasian prisoner", Vasabi. We arrived in the extreme cold for April (no heating), the air conditioner was warm. For those who come from Yassky Airport: in autocare md in the mornings there is a minibus that goes from/to the Circus, it was very convenient (1 stop by trolleybus), the driver can be asked to pick up/drive to the house.

Stefania is a great hostess. She is super friendly and happy to help if anything comes up. We had a great stay at her place and everything was as described. The apartment is super cosy, clean and a central surrounded by lots of amenities.

The place is nice, warm and cozy. It is private spot with a di-vi-ne view, you can watch the sunrise fron the bed! Adina is a great host, she responded fast to all my questions and even provided us some information about the area without me asking for them. We had a great time and will come back for sure on our next holiday in the area, if she allows us. :)

first of all, if there was anything we needed, Mr. Taygun from us in the most sincere way. She also provided a lot of information about the places to visit and see around. Kind, helpful and hospitable. The place was very clean, the stove burned great, and breakfast on the balcony was amazing. .. a place I can highly recommend with bird sounds, sea and forest views.

We received patient and quick answers to every question. The pool water was tremendously hot. Ideal for a pleasant short holiday. The hot bread and eggs thing in the morning was crucial:) thank you

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

great place to stay for a relaxing stay

You know that place that's a home away from home, where you have everything you need. That's precisely Galina's place. It's very peaceful and relaxing and, like everyone said, the hosts are extremely discreet. There's a big yard and an outdoor cozy sitting area. I absolutely loved the big kitchen and dishwasher. Keep in mind that the beach is not within walking distance so you would need a car. We recommend Kosmos beach that's not crowded at all and on the wild side. Lots of places to eat, especially in Krapets, a 10 min drive away. We will definitely come back!

The place is really tidy and clean and very well arranged. Matches the pictures. In a walkable distance from the main places in Varna. Easy to find a parking place around. Shops and places to eat around. I had a super pleasant experience and stay there. Will do it again for sure.
