We loved our stay. The hosts thoughtfully provided fresh milk, biscuits, croissants, eggs, tea, coffee, water, and even picked us up some chips, for our dinner! So generous 😊 The area is very peaceful. The sound of a nearby stream, lulled us to sleep. And my 18 month old Grandson, loved playing in the area, outside the caravan. All in all, a perfect stay.

Very happy with my stay here. Everything was very clean and new, the house has a modern style. The garden is nice and the kitchen area was magnificent. Beds were very comfortable, sheets and towels were also clean. Mable was very helpful, made it very easy for us to check in and out, and answered any queries quickly. 10/10 would defo recommend especially to families / groups!

Khurshy was an excellent host and I would fully recommend staying. Place was brilliant, we have local knowledge from him and the place was amazing from the moment we checked in until we left. Could not recommend enough.

Good apartment for working away from home

Amazing view, peaceful and quiet. Open plan living room was spacious and well presented. The bed was very comfortable and experience was great overall.

Enjoyed a relaxed and quiet stay with my two children. Close to all cafes, bars and restaurants which was ideal for us. I am staying again in another flat by the same owners and look forward to another comfortable stay. Tobi was great at communicating and being flexible with what I required. Thank you!

We had a fantastic one night stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the large living room space and high ceilings in each room. Also the thoughtful special touches including welcome message and snacks. Comfy beds, shower was great and we also enjoyed having a smart TV in each of the rooms. Perfect central location, would highly recommend staying here if visiting Clitheroe!

Caroline was a Great Hostess, very informative and welcoming. The house and east wing where we stayed were magnificent and a real gem to find. The hot tub was clean and hot and a most welcome addition that we enjoyed at the end of each day, it gave added value to our stay. The postcode entered on Google Maps took us to the correct place and Caroline's instructions of how to access the property and where to park were ideal. We had a wonderful, unobtrusive and totally relaxing stay in this property and would thoroughly recommend it.

fabulous place. clean, tidy and just perfect

This is a return visit for us - as always, Nicola is really responsive and helpful, flexible and thoughtful. The property is perfect for our needs, clean, well-stocked and well located. A comfortable bed (we've only tried one of the two!) in a nice and spacious flat.

It was a miracle to find the perfect place to spend Easter. It met all our needs for peace and quiet in a detached cleverly designed, lofty space surrounded by garden and birdsong. A haven to return after easy access to town and country, choice of churches and good restaurants, the station and EV charging at Tickled Trout Hotel. Wonderful treat to relax in bed to watch films on the big screen after a welcoming cocktail with our interesting , relaxed, friendly hosts. Brilliant shower and room even for a zoom meeting! The photos don’t show how much floor and surface space there is. Very good appliances, self-catering equipment, lighting everywhere and lovely hot water. Attention to detail! No complaints at all. It could not have gone better. Thank you so much David and Pamela. PS The cherry on the icing on the cake was that you could accommodate an extra person last minute.
