The train station offers good connections to the best sights of the region, including Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch (Top of Europe), Luzern and Berne. Great location for skiing (only 20 min to the new Grindelwald Ski Terminal).

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Chalet Düretli

Chalet Düretli is located outside of Adelboden at a 5 minutes driving time away from the village center. The house is nestled at almost 1500 meters above see level in the middle of an alpine meadow amongst one of the most stunning and picturesque landscape. Rental for 7+ days. Guests must bring their own bath towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels. The house must be left clean – including cleaned bedrooms, kitchen, toilets, and bathroom.
