Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room (TV + Wifi), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Its large balcony with a table and 4 chairs will allow you to enjoy the sea view. Has a place in private parking at the foot of the residence.
