Hi! We're A&B Mountain Properties (Alison and Brad)!! Our cabin is about 12 minutes west of Main Street BR, COZY, and has amazing layered mountain views all year. We love our family business and there are no chores at check-out, so you can relax! Our home is also close to Westglow, less than 5 minutes to the BRP/Price Lake/Moses Cone, and .3 mile to the Asutsi trailhead which connects you to ALL east side trails of Grandfather Mountain and is the only access point for these trails in winter.

Our guest house is a new construction with mountain/modern decor and reclaimed wood features, detached from the main home and located above the garage. It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.
