Monthly Rentals in Boca de Tomatlan

Beautiful large two bedroom with all the amenities. Large rooftop deck, two block walk to beach and restaurants. Just across the river from the Animas River trail. Be aware there is a flight of stairs to access the unit and another flight to access the rooftop deck. The host Kiri was extremely responsive before we arrived and when we were there. She is on site and greeted us upon checking in and helped with our luggage, arranged for taxi service back to the airport and provided excellent directions. Highly recommend!

This is truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed during my travels. The ocean views can be enjoyed from nearly every part of the house—even the bedroom and bathrooms! One thing to keep in mind is that accessing the room requires climbing a long staircase, but it’s a great way to start the day with a bit of exercise. The bus stop is conveniently located just steps away, offering an easy and affordable way to get around for only 10 pesos. Boca de Tomatlán is just a short 5-minute drive, where you can catch a water taxi for around 100 pesos to explore the stunning nearby beaches. There’s so much to see and do in the area, and it was wonderful to return to such a peaceful and comfortable retreat at the end of each day. I truly wish we had stayed longer and can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough good about this place, or the hosts. Cherry and Nicholas each came by to say hello and introduce themselves in person, something I have never experienced prior with an Air BnB rental. They were so easy to talk to and accommodating (we inadvertently misplaced the house key after a beach day and they promptly provided back-ups to us, and also allowed us to keep our luggage on site until we left for the airport to prevent us having to lug it around town). Clean beach towels provided, delicious coffee, and plentiful paper products (TP and paper towels) stocked inside. Cherry even stopped by to provide homemade shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! We really appreciated the write up of local recommendations, as well, as we had many options nearby. La Casita for breakfast was outstanding! Thank you so much, Cherry and Nicholas!

We LOVED our stay in Boca at Taty’s casita and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Quaint accommodations with rooftop terrace, space to hang wet clothes, hammock area and beautiful pool. Grounds are gorgeous with lots of tropical plants. Taty is very friendly and willing to help out however possible with any questions or concerns; very prompt in responding. A very special place!
