Beachfront holiday rentals in Boccadasse Beach

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso per 6 persone, molto luminoso, affacciato sulla passeggiata di Chiavari e dotato di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. I doppi vetri garantiscono la tranquillità anche la sera. Il parcheggio gratuito è a una decina di minuti a piedi. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere un bel ponte Pasquale!

L’appartamento di Mario è un’ottima opzione se si vuole visitare Genova senza rinunciare al mare! Si trova a Genova Nervi ed è ben collegato con il centro di Genova ma anche con le più famose città della costa ligure,, Camogli.. Portofino.. tutto raggiungibile in treno.. a piedi potrete invece godere della passeggiata lungomare di Anita Garibaldi e dei parchi di Nervi e delle spiaggette che si aprono vicino all’appartamento. Svegliarsi sul mare è sicuramente affascinante

Bon accueil. Le logement est bien placé a proximité de la plage et Anna fait le maximum pour pallier aux difficultés pour se restaurer le soir en mettant à disposition quelques courses et la possibilité de commander des plats de leur restaurant. L ' endroit est un petit paradis avant l' arrivée des bateaux et après 18h.

Andrea e Deborah sono stai degli host eccezionali. Ci hanno accolto nella loro splendida casa con calore e simpatia. All’arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare delle gustose focaccine fresche di forno e alcuni snack per il nostro cagnolino. La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, curata nei minimi dettagli, la vista sul mare è un incanto, è pulita, il letto comodissimo e dispone di una cucina super attrezzata dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. La zona si trova in una zona strategica per raggiungere le principali località turistiche ma la tempo stesso è tranquilla e nel paese di Sori ci sono molte trattorie dove si mangia dell’ottimo pesce fresco e delle farinate eccezionali ed è possibile raggiungerle a piedi. Andrea e Deborah ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e sono sempre stati disponibili e reattivi ogni qual volta abbiamo avuto una richiesta. Se torniamo in Liguria sicuramente torneremo in questa casa.

Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene nella casa di Luisella. L’appartamento, situato al secondo piano, corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario. La cucina è ben fornita, con pentole, stoviglie e tovaglie, e lo stesso vale per il bagno, davvero impeccabile. La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa, e anche i servizi di ristorazione proprio sotto casa sono comodissimi. Non vediamo l’ora di prenotare un altro weekend! Grazie di cuore a Luisella, sia per la cura con cui tiene la casa, sia per l’umanità e la disponibilità che ha dimostrato.

Ottima esperienza! Prenotato due ore prima dell arrivo, Giorgio ha fornito subito le informazioni necessario sia prima della prenotazione che dopo, in riferimento al parcheggio, alla posizione, alle attrazioni, bar e ristoranti con migliore qualità prezzo. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e il letto è veramente comodo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Bei unserer Ankunft am Bahnof wurden wir von Lorenzo´s Mutter Laura herzlich empfangen. Sie war extra im Dorf eine frische, fast noch warme Focaccia für uns holen! Im Hause angekommen, gab sie uns noch eine Flasche selbstabgefüllten regionalen Weisswein. Beides war sehr fein. So ein schönes persönliches Ankommen hatten wir auf Airbnb noch nie erlebt! Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und zuhause. Das Haus mit dem wundervollen Garten und die direkte Nähe zum Meer sind einfach traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war angenehm geheizt, da es draussen eher frisch war. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in Sori, wo es neben feinen Restaurants auch andere Geschäfte für Lebensmittel etc. gibt. Hat man Lust auf mehr, so ist der Bahnhof nah und mit dem Zug erreicht man einfach die nächsten Orte. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Obschon es in den 4 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit oft regnete, haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Eine Oase des Glücks!

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione per andare a Genova, e vicinoalla stupenda camminata Anita Garibaldi e al centro di nervi, Comunicazione con Lidia perfetta Appartamento semplice con arredo da rivedere, per il tempo che ci passa puo andare ma non lo consiglierei per starci piu di 3 notti( poco spazio) Per un week end lungo va benissimo, la zona è stupenda

Obwohl wir die Casa Sally recht kurzfristig gebucht haben, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir standen während unserer Fahrt von Hamburg nach Genua im angenehmen Kontakt mit Mario, der uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes vor Ort wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten & Sehenswürdigkeiten gab. Vor Ort wurden wir von Pietro (Mariarosa´s Sohn) empfangen, der uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus zeigte das mit seinem mediterranen Stil äußerst charmant ist mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht aufs Meer, auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Haus fahrerisches Können, sowie ein gut motorisiertes Fahrzeug verlangt, aber es lohnt sich allemal, da man oben auf dem Berg in mitten einer Olivenplantage komplett ungestört wohnt. Auch die Vorzüge des Pools & Whirlpools konnten wir in privater Atmosphäre genießen. Das einzige was wir bei der Sommerhitze vermisst haben war eine Klimaanlage, wir konnten jedoch mit einem eigenen Ventilator Abhilfe Schaffen. Herzlichen Dank Mariarosa für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Giovanni (Co-Gastgeber) ist immer erreichbar und antwortet schnellstmöglich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und der Balkon wie beschrieben (Meeresblick auf die Bucht von Rapallo). Die Wohnung ist größtenteils sehr sauber gewesen. Es war alles wie beschrieben und bekommt trotz kleinerer Mängel 5 Sterne, da Giovanni (Co-Gastgeber) und das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis einfach für sich sprechen. Ich kann das AirBnb nur weiter empfehlen.

The stay was nice overall. The location is convenient, close to the port and within walking distance to many places. The view from the window was absolutely stunning — definitely the best part of the apartment. That said, the cleanliness could have been better — some of the dishes weren’t properly cleaned, and the furniture is quite old and worn. Still, if you're looking for a place with a great view and good location, it does the job.

Absolutely amazing spot in Rapollo! Very close to many places worth visiting and great local food spots all within walking distance. We felt comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The apartment is not very big but for 2 people perfect. It is located in an old hotel so the equipment of the building is very nice. It has a nice pool and a lot of outdoor space for relaxing and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very good. Nearby is a store and restaurant and the train station is also nearby. The private parking in front of the building is also a winner. We did all activities by foot. Perfect location for a trip to Portofino and Cinque Terre, which are very good to reach by train. Also the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful so that we felt at home instantly. We will visit again that is for sure!!

Daniela ist ein toller Host! Sie hat sogar unsere Restaurant Reservierungen mit tollen Empfehlungen übernommen! Der Blick ist wirklich unbezahlbar. Das Schwimmbad bzw. die dort Wohnenden sind etwas spiessig leider, aber dafür kann Daniela nichts. Anlage super gepflegt und Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet! Wir kommen wieder!

Alloggio molto grazioso e perfetto per me e la mia bambina Posizione centrale nel paese e a due passi dal mare Pulizia simpatia e cortesia, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e l’host ci ha assistito immediatamente E infine: l’appartamento è insonorizzato e climatizzato, per notti tranquille anche in piena estate Consiglio!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s place! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Roberta was a lovely host — very kind and welcoming. She gave us a few helpful local tips that really made our trip even better. The area is quiet, with the seafront just a short walk away, as well as a large supermarket and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Tutto perfetto, location meravigliosa, residenza top, host superlativo. l’unica pecca, non certamente imputabile all’host, è la presenza di vicini un po’ troppi rumorosi. Due notti di soggiorno, interrotte dal rientro “movimentato” dei vicini del piano di sopra.

From the very start it was so lovely to meet our host Bianca who made us feel very welcome with her personal greeting. Her apartment is very beautiful-full of character & it felt very authentic. Did I mention the view? WOW!!! A fabulous spot nestled between Santa Margherita & Rapallo - an easy 10-15 minute walk in either direction. Bianca went above & beyond to recommend places for us to go-to see-to eat & to enjoy. Her communication was superb & we always felt she was only a phone call away if we had any questions about anything. We stayed for a whole glorious month & could have stayed longer! Everything you could need was provided-even little Limoncello glasses!!! We would love to come back. 🇮🇹💚🤍❤️🇮🇹

Nous avons passé super séjour. Rapallo est parfait comme bas pour visiter les Cinque Terre et d'autres villages magnifiques comme Portofino. Tout s'est très bien passé avec Mirabela, je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons sûrement.
