Apartment holiday rentals in Bochum

we spend a week with our 3 Kids at the flat. İt was huge enough so everyone had they're privacy. beds and bathtoom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. (Thanks for all the coffee by the way). İt has a large terrace wich is a fun when you have the sun. The flat is near the road but it was very very quit.We had an electric car and could use the wall box to charge it for a fair price which was a big advantage for us. We got always very quick response from Emil when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Emils flat and be glad to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for 2 weeks. Roland was super responsive and helpful. The apartment has everything one needs, it was a home away from home. The location is perfect, quiet and private. There is a Rose Garden 2 min walk away and we went there every day. The bus is 5 min walk away to connect to multiple places and the city centre is also close by within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect stay in Neuss!

I loved staying at Sabine's home. The bed is so comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything I needed to cook a meal or make a good coffee. The artwork is delightful. The rooms are bright and cheerful. Sabine is friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is great.

Stayed for a week. Very cozy, warm and quiet. Great location - close to the center, but quiet. Parking was extremely useful, it’s quite hard to find a place in the neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Everything was very clean. The apartment is well equipped and you feel very comfortable there right away. :)

Unfortunately, our guests did not use the apartment because there were problems with the arrival. The reviews refer to what we saw in the short sighting of the apartment.

Iordanis' place was excellent in all respects - it was spacious, well kitted out, warm (as we visited in December) and homely. Access to ample parking was very useful too as we had two cars with us. Iordanis was a very responsive host and was accessible whenever we needed him. The Christmas tree with the lighting was a nice touch as well!

perfect accommodation for a city trip alone or for two. Amenities are absolutely sufficient and the apartment is tidy and has a balcony that is located at the back of the building and therefore beautifully quiet. The bathroom and kitchen are small,but perfectly sufficient for our stay. Gladly come back.

The house was very clean and tidy and the hosts are very friendly. There is supermarket, train and metro nearby. And has a good connection to the highway. The neighborhood is just outside and there are just no leisure options. But the center is not far away. There are also areas with nature for walking and peace of mind.

My wife and I felt very comfortable with our dog in the really generous and equipped apartment with everything. Since it is located in a commercial area surrounded by small and large farms, you can of course not expect a beautiful environment. There are also no restaurants within walking distance. But we didn't miss anything and we'd love to come back if we come back to this area.

Appealing cutes apartment where everything necessary was really available, even a capsule coffee machine, which I honestly don't exactly prefer. Had even brought me my personal coffee and was happy to prepare it in an ecologically more valuable normal coffee machine. Then it couldn't. But great: After all, there are enough of the ecologically not exactly sensible capsules to drink at least one coffee per person every morning. Tip for space-saving reasons: maybe just put a bialetti;-) Overall: Clean, nicely decorated, very quiet to the farm the location, yet right next to lively surroundings. Too bad the cleaning person came 15 minutes before check-out time, we had a little pressure, that was not so polite ;-) But overall great! I'd love to come back!

Great, quiet town. Easy access to tourist centers, Cologne and Düsseldorf, etc. Modern, clean apartment. There is everything you need for life. The host is a responsive, sociable person, always available.

Flexible checking in, could easily arrive late at night. Clean room with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Would come again!

We spent a week in Wilfried’s apartment, which was perfect for remote working. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your own meals, but there are also restaurants within walking distance. The terrace was ideally positioned for soaking up the sun and the pool was definitely a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended.

Great location for me going to a conference all week at the Messe. Close to bus stop from the Flughafen Düsseldorf, and the streetcar either into town or to the Messe. Lots of options like ride sharing, bike and scooter sharing. The apartment was in a great building with very nice people. The apartment was just as described in the listing. Very clean and I felt at home.
