Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

The bright and friendly apartment is quietly located in the beautiful Rüttenscheider Mädchenviertel. The Messe Essen and the Folkwang Museum are within 5 minutes' walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, the "Rü" beckons with its diverse range of restaurants, bars and clubs – there is something for everyone. The 60 sqm apartment is located in Marl-Hüls in a central, but very quiet side street. The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen station or the Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful district of Buer in Gelsenkirchen – close to the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences and the Veltins Arena. The quiet but central location with fast access to the A2 and A52 makes it ideally accessible. Shops (Lidl, Aldi, bakery) as well as the city centre of Buer are in the immediate vicinity.
