The light-filled 90 sqm living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage am Königsberg bietet Platz für 2 Gäste. Küche mit Essplatz, Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, Separater Schlafraum, Wohnbereich mit Arbeitsplatz/ Essbereich. Überdachter Balkon nach Südosten mit Strandkorb und schöner Aussicht. Waschmaschine, Trockner können genutzt Bettwäsche, Handtücher werden gestellt. Ein Reisebett /Hochstuhl für Kinder stehen zur Verfügung. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon gestattet, keine Haustiere.

Unser Gästezimmer mit Tageslichtbad und Küche befindet sich in dem schönen Örtchen Aerzen, unweit der Rattenfängerstadt Hameln. Sie werden bei uns in einer separaten, abschließbaren Wohnung im OG untergebracht und können somit Ihre Privatsphäre voll genießen. Eine Getränkeauswahl, sowie Kaffee/Tee sind inklusive. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück ist auf Wunsch für € 9,50 pro Person buchbar. Bei Bedarf kann ebenso ein Kinderreisebett zugestellt werden. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

The bright apartment in the center of town is newly renovated, modernly furnished and can accommodate 2 people. Hikes through the Ith, the other heights of the Weser Uplands, city tours to Hameln, Bodenwerder or Bad Münder, as well as relaxation in the Ith-Sole Therme are very close.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weserbergland, directly on the Weserradweg. The small apartment (34 m2) is bookable for 2 to 4 people and has a living-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A large garden with sitting areas and sunbathing area can also be used. Smaller pets allowed. Wifi is available.
