Cozy apartment close to nature

Small cozy apartment (approx. 30 sqm) with cozy sleeping gallery, well-equipped small Kitchen and Swedish oven, with which the apartment is also heated (we are available for questions about heating on site). There is also an electric Wall heating. The FWG is located in a small Residential area near the forest/meadow, has a separate entrance. Hiking trails start directly from the apartment. The Allgäu and Lake Constance are easily accessible by car. No smoking inside the FWG.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in the summer. A baby cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Lovingly furnished apartment with many details in the south of Ravensburg-Obereschach, central yet quiet location between Messe Friedrichshafen (9 km) and the historic old town of Ravensburg (7 km). Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
