Neighborhood over the bridge

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung im Weserbergland. Die Wohnung ist offen gestaltet und umfasst ca. 45 qm mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Links neben dem Badezimmer befindet sich ein kleiner begehbarer Kleiderschrank für eure Utensilien. In ca. 400 m kann man bereits den Radweg R99 an der Weser erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca. 150 m direkt um die Ecke.

The recreational area of the Godelheimer Seenplatte is not far away.

Bright, newly renovated, attic apartment in a 6-family house. On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser bike path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
