The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

The spacious apartment (90m2) is located on the ground floor of a family house in a very quiet street 10 min. walk away from the first beach. It is surrounded by a large garden with lots of greenery, Mediterranean plants and tall pine trees that provide a pleasant shade during the summer heat. The most prominent part of this apartment is a large terrace on two levels (20m2+20m2), which is a place to stay and enjoy the sea view, sunsets, greenery and chirping of birds from nearby trees at any time of the day.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.
