The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

It consists of a balcony, a living room, kitchen and dining room(located in the same room), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen cloths, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment is also equipped with internet, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Modern holiday house MALA in Malinska, island Krk for 4 - 6 persons. It has two double en-suite bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with dining and living area and outdoor area with heated swimming pool. A sofa bed in living area provides two extra sleeping spots. Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
