Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Modern holiday house MALA in Malinska, island Krk for 4 - 6 persons. It has two double en-suite bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with dining and living area and outdoor area with heated swimming pool. A sofa bed in living area provides two extra sleeping spots. WiFi, air conditioning, two parking spots provided and included in the rental price. This fully equipped house located near the city center is the ideal choice for families with children or friends! Pets are welcome.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
