A weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris!

1 hour south of Paris, in a small hamlet, this ancient stone house offers you comfort and an exceptional setting to spend an excellent weekend or more, with family or friends. Fully equipped for young children. Stone house built in 1870 on 3 levels, it is located on a fenced plot of 2500 m2 with trees and landscaped. On the ground floor: a large living/dining room of about 35m2 with a large fireplace, a desk with 1 single bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 3 large bright bedrooms completely renovated with double bed, 1 separate toilet and a shower room. Finally, on the top floor, under the attic, a room with 3 twin beds and a game room that can be converted into a room if needed. For the reception of young children, the house is equipped with umbrella beds, changing mattress, baby bath and high chair. - Wifi Internet access High speed throughout the house. - Cable TV with many channels (Freebox) - BlueRay & DVD player - HIFI Airplay channel to broadcast your own musical atmosphere. - You have access to the fireplace to enjoy the beautiful winter evenings. (We will ask you for a small contribution for wood). The house is equipped with smoke detectors and an extinguisher. - In summer, you have access to all the garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer days (sun lounger, outdoor table, barbecue...) - Upon arrival, each guest will have at their disposal a towel for the duration of their stay. - All sheets are provided. When you arrive, the beds will be clean and made. - In the kitchen, you have access to all the equipment (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, oven...). For your convenience, we can arrange and make available breakfasts at extra cost. (Fruit juice, brioche, jam, bread, honey, Nutella, Cruesli and Muesli...) Please let us know if you have any concerns or concerns. We will do our utmost to achieve them. We will welcome you and introduce you to the house on the day of your arrival so that you have no difficulty during your stay. We'll be in touch for any questions. If you'd like, we can offer walks, leisure, and tours in the area. The house not overlooked is in an old town of about 15 houses at the bottom of the Essonne valley, next to the castle of Rouville. The road that leads to it is deadlocked, which ensures you a perfect tranquility. From the house you have a lot of walks or bikes to enjoy nature. The house can be reached by car in 1 hour from Paris. Very easy access by the A6 (A6 motorway). It is also accessible by train from Paris Châtelet or Gare de Lyon via THE RER C Terminus MALESHERBES. However, you will need to arrange a transfer between the Station and the House (a 5-minute drive).

Enjoy a 100 m2 house, fully renovated and with every comfort. 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Fontainebleau and its forest as well as its castle and 10 minutes from Buthiers and its recreation area and rocks, (by car). The house is located in the heart of the city on the main street (quite busy). Close to the RER D train station, the city centre, shops and restaurants, which are a 5-minute walk away. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This Canadian cottage lost in the woods of the Fontainebleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to your roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the unfenced 3 ha wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! A second 5-person cottage on the grounds shares the children's playground.
