Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. We hope you'll enjoy Boise but it will be hard to leave your sanctuary at 26th Street Studio.

Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Private Boise Sunset Studio

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
