This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.

The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk from the train station, 17 min walk from the city center, close to the Zenith and the Highway, (Giant casino at 50m, with bakery, pharmacy, …). A second home in the building is available by Air Bnb
