Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

The accommodation is in a typical building of the area called Riurau, where the grapes were dried to produce raisins. A bright studio with all the amenities and a large garden. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
