We had an absolutely fantastic time at Marcella’s home. We arrived at night, delirious after a delay in Milan, and Marcella was amazing: communicative, flexible, and immediately warm & kind. The Villa, the grounds, the location, the kindness & hospitality of the family — bellismo! The breakfast prepared by Marcella’s father was incredible - we tried all of the different homemade jams from fruit grown on the property. So quiet and relaxing to yet super easy to take the bus right into the center (stop is directly outside the home). Plus we easily rented e-bikes to travel around. Highly recommend! Thank you Marcella and family!

B&b immersed in the countryside, a little out of the way location for those who do not have a car but convenient to both Bologna and Imola. Quiet and quiet around the house, clean and cozy room, equipped with mosquito nets that is always a plus for us. The best breakfast we've ever had at a b&b thanks to Tersilla, who made homemade sweets just for us and the other guests. Tersilla is a genuine and true person, who made us feel at home with her overwhelming Emilian accent. If we go back to Imola for another concert, we'll definitely book here again!

Great stay at Andrea's! Thank you for all the attention and delicious breakfasts. Andrea picked us up from the airport and dropped us off on the day of our departure. She is a very friendly, smiling and generous person. Cleanliness should be highlighted: everything is impeccable and well disinfected. We were delighted with our stay and very much enjoyed staying at Andrea's place. Thanks to him!

Very friendly and helpful. Everything worked very well I'd love to come back. Rooms were clean and asked if what to do, how to top up on the morning stick, etc.

The little apartment was very cozy and Gianfranco and Alice are very welcoming. The sweet breakfast was wonderful, the homemade jam very delicious. Very family stay. Only for anyone without a car important to know: in the evening there is no bus, then only running or taxi.

Very safe place. Buses within 10 minutes. Train station within 20 minutes. Historic center easily accessible by foot. Good restaurants nearby. Private bath room but accessible by crossing the common corridor.

The house was perfect for my family, warm and cozy, every room with its bathroom and kitchen all at our disposal, we had a beautiful vacation! Perfect logistics situation, the right distance to the center. Parking for the car is very close. Thank you

Giovanni is a super nice host with a lot of helpful tipps what to do. in Bologna and the region around. The house and the rooms are lovely decorated and equipped with all the things you need for you stay. The house is located in the quiet outskirts of Bologna and has a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanni's B&B and can only recommend it.

We stayed with Gianni on our way to northern Italy. The location is perfect for people like us on the go. The room is just as it is presented in the photo, very clean and with all the comforts. The bathroom is clean but can be improved. Unpriced hospitality from Gianni and his partner who made us feel at home by telling us stories of their family and mom Dina. Very good trattoria KM131 a stone's throw from the B&B. Recommended

We were welcomed into their beautiful home. Thoughtfully styled and very clean . Kids on hand and available. They gave us great advice. Breakfast plentiful and very good . Careful dietary requests, too. We'll do it!

We had the best time at this little gem ! ✨ Since our flight arrived really late into Bologna, we were able to check in later, which we really appreciated. The place is located 1min to the lovely Strada Maggiore full of good cafes and not far from the old town - you’re inside the city walls, so everything feels like max 20 away. The room was spotless, bed was comfy and we really appreciated the little snacks and some included cafe vouchers for breakfast. The balcony was lovely as well, and the bathroom super clean. We really enjoyed staying here and appreciated the easy communication- thanks again, we’d love to come back someday. ☺️

luckily Francesca contacted me for the free room! I found a wonderful Family to welcome me. The dinner is very good and personalized, the wine is equally good and the breathtaking view! It's a place worth spending more than a day!

Enzo is the best!! Super super host!! He got in contact with me right after the booking, he sent me all the necessary directions and advice regarding my stay and the ways of arriving in the appartment. He was waiting for my arrival, he warmly welcomed me and I felt very happy. The neibourghood was very quiet and had gppd bus and train connection with the city center. The room was very very good, super clean and well equiped. The bathroom was very large and super clean. Freshly washed sheets and towels gave me a nice at home feeling. Breackfast had a large variety of food and drinks: juices, coffes, yogurt, cornetti, rusks, jam, honey, nutella, etc. On top of that Enzo gave me suggestions for places to eat and even lent me an umbrella to stay dry on a rainy weather. I strongly recomend Enzo and Ciao Bologna appartment for stay in the area and I will definatelly return one day! Thank you very very much for everything Enzo and arrivederchi!!

We were fully satisfied with our stay, very kind host, nice place, essential as described and clean. Nice project and environment, we want to come back another weekend!

Place in the hills of Bologna, silence and tranquility and a lot of greenery. Mr Abel is welcoming, friendly and available. The city center is a 15-minute drive. We'll be back!

Amazing place to stay! Just 15 min outside of bologna by car but so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing view over bologna from the park nearby. Had the pleasure to see a concert in the beautiful church. Special thanks to Abel who took care of us, super friendly and funny guy!

Excellent night spent at Stefano's place, beautiful common areas and a heavily stocked breakfast table. One spacious bedroom and one very comfortable bathroom. What about the welcome of Stefano and his loved ones who was very warm despite our strong shortcomings in Italian?? No words to describe this experience, but a huge thank you to them for their work. Thank you so much Stefano, and I'm looking forward to seeing you again
