Nei primi anni del Novecento era una sartoria, che pare rifornisse anche la grande attrice teatrale Eleonora Duse. La casa è in posizione strategica, in centro storico ma non distante dalla stazione. È raggiungibile anche in macchina, e a 30 metri ha ampio parcheggio a pagamento. Check-in e check-out flessibili, dipendono dagli ospiti in uscita (check out prima delle 11 per chi esce, check in dalle 13 in poi per chi entra). Check in alla sera da concordare (specificare quando si prenota).
