The Malvasia family's period residence in the centre of a park with centuries-old trees. The tranquillity of the countryside and the beauty of the hills will welcome you to a unique environment. From 1 May, guests will be able to enjoy a large swimming pool and a hot tub surrounded by greenery, located just a 4-minute walk away and overlooking the hills. The swimming pool and hot tub are shared with the guests of our residences, La Quercia and Ca' Palazzo. Access is available every day from 9:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Agriturismo Primaluna is located in the green outskirts of Bologna, in a quiet, hospitable and private location, surrounded by countryside, but at the same time very close to the Bologna exhibition center (7 km - 10 minutes by car) and the center of the city of Bologna (10 km - 15 minutes by car). Also ideal as a base for visiting Emilia Romagna and, in 2 hours by car, cities such as Venice and Florence. Having a car is recommended. Public transport is 2 km from the accommodation with a pedestrian street.

The family suite, on the second floor with two separate rooms, enjoys a beautiful view of the hill. A seasonal panoramic swimming pool with a whirlpool is available for guests: large spaces, unique views and guaranteed relaxation.
