Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

On the doorstep: Nagelfluhkette and Hittisberg – ideal for hikes with the whole family and excursions in Vorarlberg, Switzerland and the Allgäu. Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min), Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min). Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

cozy & sunny with pool - at the foot of the mountains

This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. A great home base. Two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor with skylights and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. TV, fully equipped kitchen and sun balcony. There is an associated pool in the house. For the car, there is either a parking space in the underground parking lot or right in front of the house. There are some hiking books for the summer season in the apartment. Simply wonderful for a vacation

Waldhäusle Fishing Vacation Rental

The purist wooden house is located on the outskirts of Fischen im Allgäu. Protected by tall trees, a rushing stream and a small bridge, it resembles a wooden-clad barn from afar, but as you get closer, the clear lines blend into a harmonious overall picture. And inside, the soul of the house opens up to the guests: noble materials, bright colors, exposed wood paneling contrasted with archaic concrete floor, quality furniture, craftsmanship and deer antlers – and plenty of space.

Nice apartment with mountain views

The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

Sunny corner in Bühl am Alpsee

A view that can be seen of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping as well as many attractions. Bühl with its many leisure attractions is a few minutes walk away. Many sports activities are offered in summer and winter: sailing, skiing (mountains easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, summer toboggan run and much more. The apartment is newly renovated and offers you the most beautiful sunsets.
