The Piccola Torre Alpina has a small living room, a kitchenette with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed on the upper floor. The building dates back to the late 18th century. Towels, soap, and a hairdryer are provided. Inside the kitchen cabinets, there are pots and dishes. Breakfast is not included. However, for those who want it, it is served in the special breakfast room. Pets are allowed.

The town of Serdes is one of the six hamlets of the municipality of San Vito di Cadore, a very quiet area, just two kilometres from the centre, in a panoramic environment and in direct contact with nature. The house, built before the 1400s, enjoys a dominant position overlooking the town of Serdes and the Boite Valley.
