Studio in the heart of the vineyards with sauna

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, fully fenced, in a very quiet little street. The accommodation is completely private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace. On the first floor, there is a cosy, air-conditioned studio with a sloping ceiling and a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine-producing châteaux. There is a small sitting area with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed.

Sur 200m2, découvrez grand espace de vie sous une charpente apparente du XVIIIème siècle, doté d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une grande salle à manger-salon, d'un billard, d'un baby-foot, d'une terrasse plein sud et d'une piscine sécurisée, 4 chambres possédant chacune une salle de bain, et dans la tour.. un lit rond!

Notre gîte, au milieu des vignes avec sauna et jacuzzi privatif se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée (cafetière nescafé et dosettes fournies),d'un canapé lit, une salle d'eau ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec un lit 160×200. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

This 14th century castle is ideally located 25 minutes from Bordeaux, in the heart of a vineyard cultivated with Organic Agriculture! This building, overlooking the vineyards, offers a privileged setting to relax and share convivial moments with family or friends. The place is also perfectly suited for a seminar or days of work with colleagues. The place has a swimming pool (covered) and an outbuilding “l 'Orangerie” with a large terrace.

Located between the Châteaux D'Yquem, Guiraud, Rayne-Vigneau and the Clos des Lunes. Château d'Arche is only a 3-minute drive away. Lafaurie Peyraguey and its 2* Michelin restaurant is also minutes from our accommodation. Access from the A62 highway, we are 7 km from the Langon exit, and 45 km from Bordeaux.

Welcome to our home! You will love our charming rooms, carefully decorated, which perfectly combine modern comfort with old world charm. Our house is in a pleasant setting, the flower garden and the smell of wisteria will make you feel like you're somewhere else. The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for cocooning by the fire. Enjoy the private sauna and Nordic (hot) bath in our private garden, out of sight.

On the banks of the Brion, in the middle of an 8-hectare park, at the confluence of the Graves and Sauternais vineyards, the Moulin annex offers you a calm, independent, comfortable space of 45 m2 Close to Langon, Bazas, Villandraut, many tourist and gastronomic sites. The perfect place to explore Gironde, Landes and Dordogne (35 minutes from Bordeaux, 45 minutes from Biscarosse, Arcachon Bay and the Landes coast).
