Monthly Rentals in Bond Lake

The property is very nice & spotlessly clean. There were some beverages in the refrigerator, small snacks in the kitchen & coffee pods to go with the coffee brewer. After a long drive, they were appreciated as we didn’t have to go to the grocery as soon as we arrived. As a note, this is a walk up property. You have to climb a full flight of stairs to get to the living space.

Place was spacious and clean, easily accommodated the six of us, including our elderly. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic items. Host was very helpful and quickly responsive. They were flexible with our stay and request for extended check out. Will definitely stay at this place again when visiting.

The place looked exactly like the photos and has all the amenities listed. It was an amazingly walk accessible location that had everything nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay to the point I extended my vacation because of how great and cozy the place was. This is an extremely spacious basement and I had a great time there. You might hear occasional footsteps like every other basement when people are upstairs but its not a dealbreaker. I think the place is absolutely worth for the money we paid. The hosts were also extremely kind, accommodating and helpful.

The place was spotless, very well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. The host was thoughtful and made sure everything i needed was available. Would definitely stay again
