The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life due to the quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and enjoy the sun and the view of the nearby Fockenbach Valley on the spacious wooden veranda or on the balcony until the late evening hours.
