Our house is bright, airy and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

We are at the top of the hill, with an incredible view of the beach, mountains and forests. 15 minutes from the beach, next to the deep well and on the way to the overlook. Perfect for those looking to be in contact with nature! We built the house by hand, using a large part of local resources, a stone wall and clay to increase thermal comfort, a wood stove, a bathroom with water treatment that feeds the plants and an independent solar energy system.
