Percheron house at the end of a path, surrounded by meadows and forest, and a lovely garden, 1.5 hours from Paris and 15 minutes from Bellême. Completely redone, with very large volumes, 4 large bedrooms and a suite upstairs. Outdoor pool with 360 views of nature and pretty garden, ideal for recharging your batteries.
