Refurbished 2-room apartment of 33 m2 in the extension of our house in a residential area on the heights of Rouen, close to all shops and a bus stop (Fast 1, Parc Andersen stop). Very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs in the attic PLEASE NOTE: There is a €15 surcharge if you use the sofa bed, unless you bring your own duvet.
