The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. The New River runs directly in front of the property and provided unique access to pristine, hatchery supported trout fishing. We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. **Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.
